So what do they claim to do? According to there website, its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes.
Without a doubt that is enough to raise eyebrows in our security concerned culture as we continue to feel the pressures of the patriot act and hear more and more about how the government is monitoring us, but some people take the potential dangers of HAARP even farther by making massive claims
of geo-engernring feats. A lot of this may be due to the governmental funding done via the airforce. People have purposed that the US is to blame for a number of natural disasters which leads us to Japan. And so the theories began.
